Tweetdeck and Hootsuite – Twitter dashboards to use twitter more productively than the basic website interface. Tweetdeck runs on your desktop. Hootsuite runs as a web application.
Followerwonk – is a set of tools for Twitter including the ability to do advanced searching of Twitter bios and to track and analyse your followers.
Buffer – allows you to schedule your social media updates throughout the day.
Socialoomph – Tweet scheduling with some automation features.
Tweetspinner – mentioned in the video, but no longer available.
Tweet Old Post or Tweetily – plugins for WordPress that allows you to schedule random tweeting of your old blog posts.
Twitterfeed - Allows automatic tweeting of any RSS feed (ie blog posts) from your site or any other on the web.
