Trainers, coaches and leadership consultants often have to sell to two different clients within a client organisation: the end client of their work and the HR team who are often asked to lead the selection process. Each has different goals and priorities, and there can be quite a bit of politics involved in managing the relationships. This video shows how to sell in these situations.
