STRATEGY SESSIONS
Strategy Sessions or "Free Initial Consultations" are a different approach to sales meetings that have been proven to work well for coaches and other professionals where:
- The person you're meeting (or having a call with) with is the sole decision maker when it comes to hiring you, and they'll be the person you work with directly when you're hired.
- They would get value from a discussion of what they would like to achieve, some of the barriers they might face and how to overcome them.
A Strategy Session combines adding value through helping the client explore what they want to achieve and reviewing their options to come up with a viable plan or strategy for them together with discussing how you could help them achieve this plan (the selling part).
You can do Strategy Sessions equally well face to face or over the phone or Skype.
